Like all Gaggia semi-automatics, the Baby Class has commercial quality brewing components for increased durability and an overall better cup of coffee. Featuring a chrome-plated brass brew group, a heavy 58mm commercial style portafilter and a three-way solenoid valve, the Baby Class has the powerful internal components to compliment its stainless steel finish: For increased temperature stability, the Baby Class contains a unique boiler system with two heating elements. This heating system is a staple of Gaggia’s semi-automatic design, providing even heat distribution and speeding up the initial heat-up process. The Baby Class is also equipped with a Turbo Frother with a multi-positional Pannarello wand, to take the guesswork out of frothing and steaming. This machine also houses a large 60 oz water reservoir, which can be removed or filled in place for added convenience.
